Our History

TGX Development was founded in 2004 as a consulting practice designed to deliver real-time solutions for the success and well-being of our clients. The company’s founder, Angela Harris, is a huge advocate for merging technology and creative training solutions to help people and organizations flourish in a constantly evolving digital economy.
As a 15-year veteran in the creation and delivery of training and blended learning programs, Ms. Harris has been steeped in the use of the latest research and adult learning principles to engage audiences large and small. She’s facilitated workshops and seminars and delivered one-on-one coaching to business and community leaders. She has also served as an adjunct professor of finance and business administration at Saint Augustine’s University and Strayer University.
Ms. Harris began her career as a Wall Street financial analyst and later operated a sports-themed e-commerce business in partnership with the New York Giants, Denver Broncos, and Baltimore Ravens. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BSBA from Georgetown University (with honors), and a certificate in Data Science with proficiency in R.
